The competition contemplated two great programmatic areas developed in two independent towers: A Bank Tower and an Offices Tower. The general layout of the complex displays two slim triangular towers, referred to sailboats. The purity of the triangular forms contrasts with the other buildings around, constituting a strong corporative image.
Both buildings rise from a great artificial lagoon that serves as water mirror, magnifying even more the geometric forms and consolidating the metaphor of the sails. The complex is oriented in way to protect from the direct rays of the sun the public spaces and the access plaza. The facades respond to the climate and to the views. The South facade is opaque, materialized in travertino marble, and the North facade is totally glazed, privileging the homogenous light and the views towards the Gulf of Arabia.
